Directions by car

Park in the Altstadtgarage A (Old City Garage A) and take the exit marked “Mönchsberglift, Haus der Natur.” After exiting, turn left and after about 50 meters you’ll find yourself directly in front of our entrance.

Tip: Have your parking ticket stamped at the box office – you’ll get a significant discount on parking!

Directions by public transportation

Exiting Salzburg Main Station, take the bus number 1 direction “Zentrum” (center) up to the “Mönchsbergaufzug” stop. The museum entrance is located about 50 meters from here, direction Salzach.

Exiting Salzburg Süd Train Station, take bus number 8 up to the “Mönchsbergaufzug” stop. The museum entrance is located about 50 meters from here, direction Salzach.
